Dismissal for just cause
Fake illness is considered reason for dismissal as “just cause” in all cases where a worker puts himself in a position, which is incompatible with the state of illness or any kind of activity which may delay his healing.
The employer can dismiss employees and executives for just cause, if there are particular circumstances that might undermine the relationship between employee and employer.
These situations, which concern the conduct of the worker, must be so serious that they will impede continuation of the work.
