Almost a year after the deadline, only 30% of private supervisory institutions are in compliance with the certification: the Ministry of the Interior says it. In addition to undermining the security of the services offered, thus the security of the country system, it see dramatic relapses also on the front of the competition, with the paradoxical result that the abusiveness is insistent and agrees as well. To heal this inequality, the ministry has issued a circular.
The circular, dated 7 July 2016, invites the prefects to verify the institutes that are now defaulting and to take any initiative of contrast deemed necessary: from the distrust to the sanctioning measures. The circular recalls, however, that any sanction may not be elevated automatically following, for example, the failure to issue or revoke certification by the certifying body, but should always be the result of an evaluation of the PS authority.
